Draft Proposed Text

This page will contain the draft proposed text  for the updated version of the Zoning Code. This text is the result of two years of public outreach and participation.  The existing Zoning Code contains many important concepts, procedures and standards that will be carried over to serve as the foundation for the updated Zoning Code. These sections of text propose organizing the existing code more effectively, and also describe where existing code would be replaced by new material, or reorganized.
